The Family Day event on 11 October was Metalinox's first in its 43-year history.
The company opened its doors to its employees and their families to give them an insight into the work and workplace of their loved ones .
A company tour divided into groups allowed them to get an up-close and personal insight into what their families do every day. 
For a father and a mother, for a son and a brother or for a husband and a wife, it is a source of pride to show their loved ones what they do inside the company: their job and role, their department and the equipment they use; Metalinox thinks that the thing is reciprocal, that the families themselves are proud to know up close the workplace of their parents or their children or siblings.
Metalinox srl was founded 43 years ago by Andrea Zampar and has always been conceived as a family business regardless of the expansion, the size that has increased over the years and the number of people employed that has always continued to grow.  The Family Day was also a way through which the company wants to continue to convey this sense of family and group despite the evolution and expansion over four decades.

A special thank you for the warm and numerous participation of the families and for having grasped the message and concept of Family Day conveyed. It was a positive experience that was appreciated by everyone, from the oldest to the youngest, and it was certainly also a growth experience in terms of team building.

A special thank you to the entire Kostwein family for their presence and participation at the Family Day, with whom we toasted the future together, and welcomed the transition of Metalinox to the Kostwein Group in a year of important changes and growth.
